The purpose of this analysis is to be able to predict which employee is more likely to miss work base off the feature of that employee. We are specially interested in looking at what features(reasons of absenteeism) will lead to an employee to miss work. We are therefore looking at dataset from 2007 to 2009 with the hopes of identifying key trend and features that lead lead to more asbsenteeism of an employee.
